Welcome to My Site

I am Lee, an eLearning Mentor at Woodhouse Primary School and an ICT at Withinfield Primary School.

When I am not working I enjoy designing and developing websites. Many of the websites I have built integrate with a content management system Athena developed by me for use by Schools, charties and community groups. I also enjoy getting out and about with my camera, have a look at some of the photographys on my blog.

As part of my two roles in educational ICT I have been involved with implementing webcams to create time lapse videos of growing plants, which strengthened the curricular connections between ICT and Science. I have also assisted, on the Technical Scrutiny Pannel, in the procurement of Calderdale Council's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) which will be available to all Calderdale Primary Schools. The VLE has online educational facilities for use in school and at home as well as access for parents.
